Hajj does not work like the rest of the calendar. Seats are allocated under the Saudi quota system and released through approved operators, which means the number available is fixed long before you decide to go.
If Hajj is on your plan for the coming year, speak to us early so we can tell you what is realistically available, what the package would include, and what the Saudi requirements are for your age and health profile at the time. We would rather give you an honest answer twelve months out than sell you hope in month eleven.
Hajj availability changes every season. Quotas, pricing and operator rules are set by the Saudi authorities and the Pakistani Ministry of Religious Affairs. Ask us for the current position rather than relying on last year's figures.

What actually moves the price
Four variables account for nearly all of the difference between one quote and another. Change any of them and the number changes.

Travel month
Ramadan, school holidays, Eid and the New Year week are the expensive weeks. Shifting by ten days often saves more than any negotiation.

Hotel choice
For Umrah this is walking distance to the Haram. For the Maldives it is which resort and which villa category. It is usually the biggest single line.

Group size and sharing
Quad sharing costs less per head than a double. Family groups travelling together on one booking almost always price better than separate bookings.

Departure city
Lahore, Islamabad and Karachi do not price the same on every route. If your dates are flexible we will show you both and let you choose.

Questions about our packages
How much does a tour package from Lahore cost?
There is no single figure, because airfare moves daily and hotel rates change by season. A package price is driven by four things: your travel month, hotel category, group size and departure city. Send us your dates and we will price those four inputs and give you an itemised quote rather than a headline number.
What is normally included in your tour packages?
Most packages include return flights as per the stated itinerary, accommodation for the nights listed, and the transfers or ground transport named in the package. Guided city tours and domestic flights are included where the package says so.
Personal expenses, meals that are not stated, optional excursions and anything outside the written itinerary are not included.
Are visas included in the package price?
For Umrah, visa support is part of the package. For leisure destinations such as Turkey, the UAE or the Maldives, visas and international flights are quoted separately unless your written quote says otherwise, because visa fees and requirements differ by nationality and by mission.
When should I book an Umrah or New Year package?
Book Umrah for Ramadan three to four months ahead, because hotels within walking distance of the Haram fill first and the closer you get to Ramadan the further out you sleep. New Year packages to Dubai should also be booked three to four months ahead, since hotel rates over 31 December rise steeply and availability tightens.
Can you customise a package instead of selling a fixed one?
Yes, and most of our bookings are adjusted in some way. Hotel category, number of nights, departure city, private versus group travel and add on cities can all change. Treat the packages on this page as starting points rather than a fixed menu.
Do you arrange group departures for families?
Yes. Umrah and Turkey run as group departures, which usually works out cheaper per person and means shared transport and a coordinator on the ground. Honeymoon and New Year packages are normally arranged privately.
